Peter J. Somera Jr., at age 36, was honored as one of the youngest lawyers in the United States to achieve a verdict in excess of $1 million for a single personal injury in Little v. The Vessel Halleluiah. Since 1995, he has achieved multiple jury trials and settlements in excess of $1 million. Mr. Somera recently settled a medical malpractice case for $4.5 M.

Mr. Somera began his legal education at Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington (obtaining Dean's Honors for the Fall of 1992 and Spring of 1993). He finished at the University of Miami School of Law where he graded onto the editorial board of the Inter-American Law Review (top 15 percent of the class).

In the past, Mr. Somera has litigated involving catastrophic injuries, personal and financial, and wrongful death on behalf of the victims. These cases include vehicular collision, product liability, medical negligence, trucking catastrophe, railroad catastrophe, airline catastrophe, drug companies, tobacco companies, industrial manufacturers, insurance fraud, business fraud, environmental injury, class actions, and others.
